Service Pricer — Accessibility

Accessibility Statement

For Service Pricer, the web app that helps service businesses build pricing, quotes, landing pages, and photo and SEO tools.

Our commitment to accessibility

At Service Pricer, we want every person who runs a service business to be able to use our tools — regardless of ability or the technology they rely on. We are committed to making our web app usable for as many people as possible, including those who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, and other assistive technologies.

Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox for us. As we add and refine features, we work to build them in a way that more people can use, and we treat the feedback we receive as a real part of how the product improves.

Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard most commonly referenced as the practical benchmark under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and a similar set of success criteria is incorporated by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for context. We use it as our target across the app.

Service Pricer is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that while most of the app meets the standard, some parts do not yet fully meet it. We have noted the areas we know about in the section below, and we are actively working to close those gaps.

Measures we take

To support accessibility across Service Pricer, we work to:

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of Service Pricer are not yet fully optimized for every assistive technology. We want to be honest about where we are still improving:

If any of these features creates a barrier for you, the same information and outcome can be provided another way. We will help you complete the task — for example by walking through it together, supplying the data in an alternative format, or making the change on your behalf — on request through the contact option described below.

Feedback & contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Service Pricer. If you run into a barrier, or something does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us.

The best way to reach us is the contact / support option inside your Service Pricer account. From there you can report an accessibility issue, ask a question, or request information in an alternative format.

If you cannot get into your account, or prefer email, you can reach us directly at pain2hustle@gmail.com.

When you contact us about an accessibility issue, please try to include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you can. We will make a reasonable effort to respond promptly, to acknowledge your report, and to provide the content or function you needed in a format that works for you.

Assessment approach

Service Pricer assessed the accessibility of this app by self-evaluation, carried out by our own team. This includes ongoing internal review as we build and update features — manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, contrast checks, and review against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. Accessibility review is part of our regular development process, not a single past event, and this statement is updated as our app changes.
