Privacy policy

This explains what Service Pricer collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we use your data to run the app for you, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Account info — your name, business name, email, phone, address and logo.
• Your work — quotes, tiers, prices, invoices, jobs, notes and photos you add.
• Your customers’ details — the names, emails, phones and addresses you enter so we can send them quotes, invoices and review requests on your behalf.
• Usage — basic logs (like when a quote link is opened) so you can see “viewed” status and so we can fix problems.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe. Payment details go straight to Stripe and your business — Service Pricer never sees or stores full card numbers.

Who we share with

Only the services that make the app work:

• Supabase (database and login)
• Cloudflare (hosting)
• Stripe (subscriptions and customer payments)
• Resend (sending emails you ask us to send)

We don’t sell your data or your customers’ data, and we don’t use it for ads.

Emails and texts to your customers

We only send customers what you trigger — a quote, an invoice, a receipt or a review request. Customers can reply to you directly.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. Deleted quotes go to a trash bin that clears out over time. To delete your account and data, use Contact us on the home page and we’ll take care of it.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and access is limited to your account and the techs you add.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll let you know in the app or by email.
