Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Service Pricer (“Service Pricer,” “we,” “us”) at servicepricer.app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

What Service Pricer is

Software for service businesses to build tiered quotes, send invoices, take payments through their own Stripe account, and ask customers for reviews. You set your own prices, warranties and discounts; we don’t review or guarantee the work you quote or perform.

Your account

• Keep your login safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account and on any tech accounts you add.
• Give accurate business and contact details, and only send quotes, invoices and messages to people who expect to hear from you.

Subscription and billing

Service Pricer is a paid subscription (currently $49/month, with launch discounts shown at signup) billed through Stripe. Card trials convert to paid automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access runs to the end of the paid period. Trial and promo codes follow the terms shown when you redeem them.

Payments from your customers

Customer payments are processed by Stripe directly into your connected Stripe account (or, if you turn it on, sent to you by Zelle). Service Pricer takes no cut of those payments. Stripe’s own terms and fees apply. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are between you, your customer and Stripe.

Your content

Your quotes, customers, photos and pricing stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you (for example, to send a quote you asked us to send).

Acceptable use

No spam, no illegal or deceptive pricing, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no using it to collect payments for someone else without their permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Service Pricer running but can’t promise it will never be down. We may change features or these terms; if a change is significant we’ll tell you in the app or by email.

Liability

Service Pricer is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
